These measures might not completely free you of stress, but it is a fact that they are very helpful in reducing the symptoms you experience.

Exercise is the perfect way to use up adrenaline from stress and it also releases endorphins that make you feel good, giving you a more positive outlook on life. A sufficient amount of sleep helps you wake up ready to face the day ahead despite any difficulties you may experience.
